Baku, Finance Time. Process of registered uncertificated shares placement of AtaBank OJSC on Baku Stock Exchange is finished.

According to the information from the bank the charter capital has been increased to 50 mln. manats by placement of 2500000 shares per value 20 AZN.

Underwriter of emission was Brokdil-Az OJSC.

Charter capital of AtaBank was 25 mln. manatsuntill last emission. Shareholders of the bank are AtaHolding OJSC (76%) and individuals (24%).
