Baku, Finance Time. The announced earlier video project "Azer Turk Bank through the eyes of its customers" has recently been realized. This project was designed for those customers who cooperated with the Bank for a long time, as well as for relatively new customers. The purpose of "Azer Turk Bank through the eyes of its customers” project was to determine the level of customer satisfaction and to reveal the secret of extended cooperation with them. In the framework of the project, numerous video-interviews with the Bank’s clients were prepared by a professional film crew. We present you interviews where our customers disclosed the reason of continuous cooperation, shared some memories, made proposals and expressed wishes with regard to the future activities of the Bank.
