Having participated at important international summits, conferences and forums, senior representatives of the company study ongoing trends in international business environment and exchange their experience. The last Summit dedicated to the HR issues has taken place in the city of Barcelona, Spain on 25-26 March 2015. Nar Mobile was represented by HR Director Mrs. Matanat Babayeva.

Speaking at the event, Mrs. Babayeva has stressed the importance of evaluating the human potential while describing the Nar Mobile successful HR policy. She went on by highlighting the effective programs organized in working environment and conditions, as well as the programs for employees. The speech was highly appreciated by other delegates. The two day long Summit became another very effective and productive event to study better HR problems that are the core of any successful business.
