Baku, Finance Time. On May 21-22 in Baku is hosting XII CIS and Baltic Bond Congress, the leading event to discuss issues of domestic bond market development in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and other CIS countries as well as EM Eurobonds. The Congress will take place on the coast of the Caspian Sea in the Jumeirah Bilgah Beach Hotel Baku (94 Qelebe str. Bilgah District, Sabunchu Region).

Every year the Congress gives its delegates an opportunity to assess the current state and development prospects of the CIS financial markets.
Well-known experts and key market players will discuss the following topics:
- the current state and outlook of financial markets (macroeconomics, regional risks, new prospects);
- new trends in the CIS and EM Eurobond markets;
- local bond markets in Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and CEE.
This year a special focus is on the capital market of the Republic of Azerbaijan as Azerbaijan is currently setting the development trend for the Caucasus and for many CIS countries as well.

INFORMAL AGENDA
Apart from an interesting and up-to-date business agenda the Congress traditionally includes a rich informal component. This year conference participants will be introduced to historic roots of Azerbaijan, walk through the streets of the old city Icheri Sheher, and take pictures at locations where one of the most famous Soviet movies “Diamond Arm” was shot.
The closing event of the Congress is a traditional Gala Dinner in the Art-Garden Restaurant that will vividly demonstrate splendor and richness of the Oriental cuisine. One of the Gala Dinner highlights is a unique workshop with an artist painting with crude oil!
