Baku, Finance Time. “Excelsior Hotel & Spa Baku” is the official partner of “Baku Fashion Week” held on May13-15, 2016. Local and foreign designers will demonstrate their new collections in the Fashion Week. “Baku Fashion Week” will be held twice a year in May and November. The ceremony will be broadcasted by local and foreign TV.
