Baku, Finance Time. On May 22, Informational tour was organized to “Galaaltı Hotel & SPA” modern recreation and entertainment  center with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and with the organization of the Association for Support to Health and Thermal Tourism in Azerbaijan, “Synergy Hospitality” and "AtaTravel". Representatives of about 100 local tourism companies and media participated in the tour.   

Ruslan Guliyev, President of the Association for Support to Health and Thermal Tourism in Azerbaijan stated in his speech: “Galaaltı Hotel & SPA” modern recreation and entertainment  center, which is the pearl of recreational tourism in our country, has been selected as the member of European Association for Thermal Historical Cities. The main distinguishing aspect of recreational tourism is that it is available for 365 days. Accomodation  period here is 7-21 days. Our purpose is to present unique opportunities of Naftalan and Galaalti thermal recreational centers to the tourists from all over the world.

Turgay Ari, Director of “Galaaltı Hotel & SPA” Recreation and Tourism Center stated: Naftalan and Galaaltı possess unique tourism services and in this respect, can be compared only with Truskavets. Galaaltı Recreation and Tourism Center offers high level recreation at a very reasonable daily price- 130 azn for 2 persons. This price includes meals 3 times a day for 2 persons, recreation and entertainment. A hotel for 354 persons, villas and cottages are located on the territory of the Center, which is approximately 7,1 ha.

Vahid Aliyev, Head doctor  of “Qalaaltı Hotel & SPA” modern recreation and entertainment  center  stated in his speech: Galaalti water is recreational and contains oil. This water is very useful for treatment purposes, mainly for urological diseases. This diuretic water is very useful in the removal of kidney stones and treatment of digestion and secretion systems. The doctor stated, that kidney stones were removed there without a surgery intervention. Considering, that kidney diseases are widely spread in our country and in the world and it is one of the severe diseases, treatment of patients by natural methods in the Center is a very good indicator.
