According to Emil Musayev, Head of BS/2 Retail Equipment Sales Department, the opening of a certified service center in Azerbaijan is a logical step in cooperation between the companies for further business development in the country.
“The presence of a certified center significantly speeds up maintenance processes and reduces costs. Previously, faulty equipment had to be sent to a Datalogic service center in Europe, so transport and customs expenses accounted for a considerable part of the cost of services. Now, this factor can be ignored since the equipment will be repaired in Azerbaijan,” Emil Musayev said.
To provide certified services, the BS/2 team was trained in Slovakia. Now BS/2 can provide services in Azerbaijan, which significantly minimizes the time and transportation costs for equipment owners and allows to extend the actual life cycle of devices.
