The leading mobile operator continues its visits to Karabakh as the first company to serve its customers in the liberated territories
Azercell Customer Services team visited Agali village of Zangilan on the 5th of April with the initiative to support subscribers benefiting from the company's network in the liberated areas. It should be noted that in April last year, according to the order of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the development of the concepts of "Smart City" and "Smart Village", the foundation of the first "Smart Village" project was laid in Agali village of Zangilan. Azercell Telecom has become the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan to successfully test a low-power consumption network infrastructure based on the Internet of Things (IoT) under these concepts and is ready to continue its activities in support of the implementation of the project.
During the visit to the village of Agali located on the bank of the river Hakari, Azercell Customer Services conducted more than 50 different types of customer operations for subscribers - mostly servicemen, medical staff, employees of institutions and companies working in the region. It should be noted that, as a rule, all types of services and operations of Azercell Customer Service Centers, including operations such as new establishment, replacement of SIM card and number restoration were provided free of charge for Zangilan subscribers.
Azercell was the first mobile operator to visit Shusha after liberation to provide free services to subscribers. In addition, Azercell is due to opening its first Azercell Exclusive office in Shusha, as well as official dealer store in Zangilan.
Azercell is committed to accelerate the expansion of the new generation network at full capacity in the liberated lands and to provide the population returning to these territories with mobile internet and advanced communication services.
