One of the factors influencing the quality is resistance of concrete to cracks. Concrete producers often face with this kind of problems. Information about the preventive methods of cracks on concrete and correct approaches for producing higher quality concrete was delivered. For this reason, on March 6, 2013, the representatives of the large construction companies operating in Azerbaijan, participated at the trainings on “cracks on concrete and preventive methods”.

Taking into account Azerbaijan’s climate zone, key specialist of Holcim Group in Eastern Europe, Dr. Yurgen Oknik, presented details of the mechanisms applied in European countries.
