As reports Finance Time, referring to the “E-Azerbaijan.info”, in Garadag region increasing access to employment and contributing to socio-economic situation of local people are supported by the Employment Center of Holcim (Azerbaijan). The Center provides important set of services for the local inhabitants: career planning, preparation of presentable resume, information about labor market and available vacancies, seminar and training, as well as ways to receive state support social programs. 

Since establishment in August of 2011, around 1000 people approached to Career Center for consultation, 800 people took part at training, more than 60 people received governmental social support packages and over 140 people got jobs.

Among the leading private and public enterprises, most of the recipients found jobs at construction, oil and gas, automatic, cleaning and other sectors. It should be also mentioned that the job recipients were covered within the entire country.

Through continues support to Garadag region inhabitants, Holcim (Azerbaijan) plays an important role for increasing their well-being.
