Recently, Bakcell employees have participated at the training entitled “Selection Interviewing” organized by ADA.

The training was led by Mr. Daniel Nagy, a well-known expert from US on a wide variety of HR, especially related to recruitment. Training aimed at improving a critical management skill s of those Bakcell’s stuff who closely participates in the interview process while recruiting a large number of people.
