Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and the Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce the starting of cooperation with the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA). Recently, Bakcell employees have participated at the training entitled “Selection Interviewing” organized by ADA.
The training was led by Mr. Daniel Nagy, a well-known expert from US on a wide variety of HR, especially related to recruitment. Training aimed at improving a critical management skill s of those Bakcell’s stuff who closely participates in the interview process while recruiting a large number of people.
