HVS President and Chief Executive Officer Stephen Rushmore, Jr. is proud to announce that HVS has just launched its first office in Thailand with a Consulting and Valuation location in Bangkok.

Under Managing Director Daniel Voellm based in Hong Kong, Christian Pucher heads the new HVS Bangkok hotel consulting and valuation office. HVS Bangkok will offer hotel owners, operators, developers and investors in the region services including: development feasibility and market studies, operator search, valuation, strategic consulting, technical services, asset management, investment advisory and tailored services.

Christian joins HVS with over seven years of experience in hotel and resort development in Thailand and across Asia. Having previously worked with a leading international luxury resort operator, Christian brings a unique understanding of the hospitality market throughout the continent, and the specific needs of hotel owners, operators, developers and investors in the region. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne.
