‘The Excellence in HR’ Award was also presented at this conference for the first time in Azerbaijan. The award was presented to the best HR specialist in Azerbaijani market also to best HR teams and strategies.  Award winners were selected by the jury panel composed of foreign specialists that spoke at the conference. BP-Azerbaijan among large companies and Amrahbank among midsize companies were given ‘The Best HR Team’ Award. ‘The HR Person of Year’ Award was given to Konul Akperova, HR Director of Ata Holding Group of Companies
