Baku, Finance Time. The concert of the legendary Italian composer Ennio Morricone took place in the Heydar Aliyev Palace on January 25. The event was organized by the BUTA Art Center with sponsorship of Fireland Vineyards  and Nar Mobile operator and the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Italian Embassy in Azerbaijan.

Performing jointly with the Azerbaijani State Symphonic Orchestra named after Uzeyir Hajibayli and the Azerbaijani Choir in front of numerous Azerbaijani spectators at the Heydar Aliyev Palace, Ennio Morricone, the Oscar winner and several times nominee, the winner of Golden Globe and Golden Lion acted as a conductor to bring to the audience the best masterpieces of world cinema soundtracks like Once Upon A Time in America, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Once Upon A Time in the West, Malèna and others.

Being one of the world known composers, Ennio Morricone has earned the respect of international community by his spectacular melodies composed for over 400 films and series shot in various countries as well as his famous movie soundtracks and chamber-instrumental music.

As always, Nar Mobile has contributed again to another project aimed at the promotion of world cultural heritage and the music of this famous composer to the national audience.
