Baku, Finance Time. The leading mobile operator of Azerbaijan Azercell Telecom is setting a record for its online customer services in the whole region with the score of 100% response rate. As the result, the Company is awarded with the “Socially devoted” certificate by the international research organization Socialbakers for the second quarter of the current year.
In the first quarter of 2014 Azercell’s indicator has constituted 97% and the Company set a goal to reach 100% very soon. As it is evident, Azercell pioneered again in reaching the set target. This result is the first among the whole country.
We would like to remind, that back in 2012 Azercell became the first Mobile Operator in the country awarded with the Socially devoted certificate. In order to issue the certificate the indicator of responses to the growing from year to year inquiries of the page users are being measured. In addition to the high number of users Azercell was ranked the first for its involvement and interactions via the social network.
Researches by Socialbakers, the organization monitoring the social networks all over the world demonstrated that the official Facebook page of Azercell is the leading page in Azerbaijan for the number of fans. As of today, Azercell’s Facebook page has 375,000 fans and their number continues to grow from day to day. Azercell was the first Mobile Operator to create its official pages in the leading social networks. The ultimate goal of the pages was to bring the services closer to customers, inform them promptly on the innovations. Such an approach enables Azercell customers to receive high-quality service 24/7 using resources of six different social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Disput.Az, Google+, YouTube and Instagram. Response rate through these networks is very fast, sometimes down to few seconds.
